A little reminder that I am doing a masterclass in Japanese / 3D pattern cutting on Sunday the 24th April from 10 - 5pm at Warwick University Arts Centre. This has actually now sold out (!), but if you contact them (pink link), to register your interest, there's a good chance that they will put on another later in the year. This is the first Masterclass I've done here, so we'll see how it pans out logistically, but I have great hopes for it, and the Arts centre seem pretty pleased too! The great thing is that these techniques could be used for sculptors who work in flexible materials, as well as for fashion and accessory designers, or anyone who wants to create 3D shapes by this unusual method. It's so simple once you know how...:-)
Don't forget to contact Warwick University Arts Centre to put down your marker for future masterclasses.
