Here's the lo res photos of a recentish wedding dress commission. Hi res ones are hopefully on their way to me, and will post them in the gallery page as soon as I have them. But for now, here's Lucy - genuinely a princess in white silk and lace....

Hi Everyone,
It's been ages since I posted here on the wedding dress website, but that doesn't mean I haven't been really busy! For the earlier part of this year I was pretty much flat out, trying to get my new studio decorated in the Christmas holidays, (then catching a nasty virus, and having to give up!), teaching in my studio here, out at Ravensbourne sometimes 3 days a week, which I enjoyed hugely, working on a long (timewise) wedding dress commission and other small commissions in between times, not to mention band stuff - Gothenberg in Sweden, Roadburn Festival in Tilburg, NL with Comus, and Union Chapel, London and Incubate Festival in Tilburg again recently with Current 93! Phew...... and Madrid for the Villa Manuela festival in 10 days with Comus. Concentrating on promoting the classes a bit more lately, with special offers ( 5 classes for the price of 4, as a starting offer, and now with extra space, I am promoting group classes), and all in the lovely new environment. I love working in there, and everyone else seems to like it too...there's an amazing view of trees and fields, but it's not TOO distracting! A new course of pattern cutting classes in another location will be starting after Christmas - more details TBC. As I mentioned, I don't post on here so regularly now, as one can only do so much in a day (!), but the place to look is either on my classes blog, or the facebook pages (for Atelier Wedding Dresses, or Atelier Natural History which are linked on this website), or my personal facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bobbie.seagroatt. See you soon I hope, and here's a photo or two of the new studio, and me in it! Bobbie |
