PS Of course my abiding interest in fabrics generally, and tweed in particular here, has now been ignited again, and sparked ideas for beautiful garments, but the prospect of customers for such stuff in my little neck of the woods seem thin on the ground. However, if you have the spare cash, I could make you something sumptuous in handwoven tweed for a fraction of the cost of shop bought, and it would actually fit you to a T!
